Drake's Quick Exit: Beverly Hills Estate Listed for $88 Million

After just a year of owning a luxurious estate located in the mountains above Beverly Hills, Drake is selling the property for $88 million. The property, which was originally designed by the architects at KAA Design Group for GUESS co-founder Armand Marciano, features a Tuscan-style mansion that was renovated by English pop star Robbie Williams in 2015. Drake purchased the property for $75 million from Williams and his wife Ayda Field in the spring of last year.

The property is secluded high in the hills, accessed via gates and a long driveway surrounded by mature olive trees and ancient oaks. It boasts an 11-car garage, a vast motorcourt with parking for dozens more, and stunning views of the canyon, city, and ocean. The interior of the house is neutrally designed, featuring a double-height foyer, a living room with two fireplaces, a wine cellar, gym, elevator, and a kitchen with dual islands. The house has a staff wing and a separate guesthouse.

The sprawling grounds feature one of the biggest lawn areas in the 90210, a full-size tennis court, an outdoor kitchen, and a hidden orchard, covering almost 20 acres of land. While a majority of that land is rugged hillside, the property offers breathtaking views of the city and the ocean.

Drake has not revealed where he will move after selling the estate, but he owns a 50,000-square-foot mansion in Toronto's Bridle Path neighborhood, where he spends a significant amount of time.
