Don't Buy a House

First-time buyers don't buy a house! Instead, by a two to four-unit property, as your first property. You get to purchase those units with a small downpayment because you're going to owner occupy it. You can live in one unit and rent out the other three. You may even be living for free if the other units pay for the entire mortgage.
