Rod Stewart Lists Beverly Park Mansion for $70 Million

Rocker Rod Stewart has listed his Beverly Park mansion for $70 million. The 28,500-square-foot home is located in the exclusive Beverly Park neighborhood, which is home to many other celebrities, including Adele, Mark Wahlberg, and Denzel Washington.

The mansion was built in 1991 and has nine bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and a five-car garage. It also features a tennis court, a swimming pool, and a spa. The interior of the home is decorated in a French chateau style, with high ceilings, marble floors, and chandeliers.

Stewart bought the home in 1991 for $12 million and has since made some renovations, including adding a new kitchen and a media room. He and his wife, Penny Lancaster, have raised their two sons in the home.

The listing agent called It is one of the most iconic homes in Beverly Park and a rare opportunity to own a piece of Hollywood history.

The listing comes as Stewart is preparing to embark on a new tour. He will be kicking off his "The Hits" tour in September and will be playing shows across the United States and Canada.
